Another naming thread...needs to have "Snap" in it.

I usually have foal names picked out well ahead of time, but am having a tough time with this one. 2013 foal is by Goldhills Brandysnap and need to have “Snap” in the name.

Snapdragon, Gingersnap and Snapshot are already taken. I don’t want to include the dam in the name and do not want suggestions for traditional Welsh names…as this is going to be a show horse on the open circuits and the name needs to be catchy and pronounceable Have also been considering play on word names, but having a hard time coming up with those too!

I have come up with Daventry’s …

• Snap Your Fingers
• In A Snap
• Snap Decision
• Cold Snap
• Snap Out Of It
• Snap Crackle Pop
• It's A Snap
• Snap It Up
• Snap Back 2 Reality
• Snap Judgement

...but not sure if I really like any of them. The only limitation is that it can't exceed thirty letters or spaces, and that includes "Daventry's" in front of the name.

I kind of like Cold Snap, as this will be our first Brandysnap foal since he came up to Canada from California

I like Sugar Snap. I never thought of that. Brandysnap’s sire is called Okeden Taffy, so most of the offspring have cookie, candy or dessert names. I was trying to think of another cookie name but forget about sugar snaps.
