Antares Stamp Decode - Help?

17 2N
181416
AO1 T1

This is an Antares Spooner, and the owner swears up and down it’s a 17.5".
Does the 17 mean date of manufacture or 17"?
Slighty odd layout of number?
I know the AO is the wide tree, T1 is a slighty steeper panel angle, and the 2N flap is the regular configuration with one size longer. I think?

It’s a 17”. 2N denotes the flap length + forwardness. The second line is what denotes the year/serial number. All Spooners have pro panels as they are off the rack/semi custom.

Yeah I dug her for measurement pics and she had no idea how to measure it properly. How do you own a high end saddle and know nothing? Crazy
