Any Good Dressage Blogs Out There?

Do you recommend any? I am mainly interested in reading “personal experience” ones that have at least a partly humorous tone, but serious “instructional” ones would be good too.

I was talking dressage with a good friend on the phone this past weekend, and it got me wanting to hear others’ experiences doing dressage. 'Cuz I miss trying to do it myself.

I keep two blogs you could check out, one is more instructional, and one my personal story. Not sure they would come as highly recommended as other suggestions you might get, but since no one else has given you any reading material, here’s a place you can start!

www.dressagefundamentals.com is more informational
www.tbatx.wordpress.com is the story of my dressage journey with my tb’s, I took a break from it for a little bit and have just recently revived it!

I love this blog - The dressage Curmudgeon http://dressagecurmudgeon.blogspot.ca/2011/10/well.html
Here it is starting from her first post. It is pretty much discontinued now but love her tongue in cheek journey through the dressage world. Much of what she has experienced, I have also experienced especially some of the boarding nightmares!!

horse listening.

Glad you asked this because I was looking for a blog to read, too. I was actually thinking of starting one as well, but I’m not sure that I could do the tongue and cheek as well as others so I’m content to sit back and read the experts.

I love Dressage Curmudgeon’s. I’ll be keeping an eye on this too as I love the progress on dressage blogs.

A few of my favorites:

Bakersfield Dressage

Tucker the Wunderkind

Guinness on Tap

Cob Jockey (Technically an eventer, but she’s just doing dressage right now)

A Enter Spooking

Thanks, everyone!
