Any idea what brand this tack trunk is?

I have an older Warner tack trunk that was given to me, are they still in business? I’m getting mixed answers when I ask Google. I would like to replace the panels.

The Warner factory burned down in the late 90s or early 2000s(?) and they were replaced by Phoenix West.
