Most recent google I can find is from January of this year.
Was she kicked out of Tuskeegee? Lawsuits/ status?
An article dated February on a verterinary news website says she has been indicted in Alabama and North Carolina and is facing fraud charges. It also says she has returned to school (at that time).
According to Tuskegee’s media release on the 2019 CVM class, she did graduate.
Innocent until proven guilty.
Right… because 30+/- people with FTGH horses who met a woman with her name and description all made the whole thing up. Including the 30+/- horses going missing shortly after being handed over to said woman.
I didn’t ask guilty or innocent. I asked if there was ANY NEW NEWS.
Sorry for the misunderstanding: I was responding to the post above mine that said she was allowed to graduate. There has been a petition out there asking the school to suspend or expel her. The school could not take any action against her unless and until she had been found guilty. Their hands were tied. It makes no difference how many people have come forward. Even as believable and numerous as they may be, their stories are simply allegations until she has been found guilty in a court of law. Which is not yet.
This is an example of the value of public shaming because she is guilty as hell and I hope she rots in hell.
really going to depend upon the jury as I suspect the people who gave away their horses are not going to be put in a very good light either
What the heck is wrong with you? She just commented on a post, and you jump all over her. Schools usually need valid reasons to expel a student; her comment was not out of line in any way. Oh, and btw, you don’t get to decide who gets to post what - the forum is a free-for-all.
This is from 2017; it was the announcement of pending 2019 graduates moving to the clinical phase of the program.
The “oath and hooding” final graduation ceremony would have been earlier this month. I’m not seeing anything other than this announcement from last week, which doesn’t appear to list the graduates: https://www.tuskegee.edu/programs-co…raduation-2019. Coverage as recently as March, however, does seem to identify her as a current (as of that time) student.
Ahh, didn’t realize that. Thanks for clarifying.
Really? I gave a mare ro a vet student who needed a companion for her horse? She was a vet student and checked out? I’m not in a good light? Shame on you.
