Any Niedersuss experts? I need some saddlery advice

I have an old KN that I bought from an old bar fly for very little money, and it has been far and away the best saddle I’ve ever owned. I think it’s from the 80s but I’m not quite sure, the model is an Allegro. It’s got a super narrow twist, minimal thigh support and not too deep a seat. I love this thing and I have decided I want another one.

My question to any Niedersuss aficionados is where I can expect a similarly narrow tree on other models? Ebay has some attractive used ones at the moment and I’m wondering if the Symphonie and the Largo offer the same feel as my Allegro. Unfortunately I’m not able to find another Allegro in my size at the moment. Any advice is very appreciated, thank you in advance.

I’ve owned multiple Symphonies in the past as well as a couple of Olympiks. I found that the Symphonies generally had a slightly narrower tree than the Olympiks. I test rode in a Largo once and it did not work for me. I am one that does need a narrower twist in general.

This is massively helpful, thank you! I’m going to rule out the Largo.

I still own my now, 30+ yr old Symphonie, sold the Olympik as it was a touch too wide for me. You’ll like the Symphonie

Awesome, that’s great to hear! Over the years I’ve spent thousands on saddles and literally the best one I ever have is this ancient KN. I figure I should try to pick up one or two more of them, absolute gem. Put the brand new JRD I bought for like 6.5k to absolute shame.
