My hubby and I will be in the SF area for about a month in August and early Sept. I am sure I will be in serious horse withdrawl.:D:D:lol:
I would love to meet a fellow COTHer and take a ride or drive in the beautiful area. Will actually be staying in Fremont but will be doing some travelling over to Yosemite and the Reno area.
In my travels and others travels, I have hooked up with folks from Idaho, Canada, NC and other parts of home state FL.

I grew up in fremont.
Theres a stable there off of Andrade Road that does trail rides into Sunol Park.
The park is really beautiful and pretty quiet.

We are across the bay from Fremont. We keep our Arabs in Woodside and can show you our lovely forested trails in the Santa Cruz mountains. All the horses came from Florida!
I grew up there and was living in Hayward when I married and moved to the midwest. You should be able to get your horse fix easily and also should have great weather that time of year to ride or sight see.
