Any one use Diamond Naturals Lamb and Rice?

I’ve been using it for 2 years now with out any issues. My dog’s have been doing well. No itches, happy tummies, shiny coats and lots of energy.

When I got the last bag, I notices that the kibble looked different. The shape, size and color are all different and there is a bit more powder on the kibble. Not to long after opening the new bag, both dog’s started itching. I tried a new shampoo at the same time, so I’m not sure which one caused the problem. Anyone else have trouble with this food recently? I’m wondering if they changed the formula.

I just tried it for the 1st time and it made my Doberman’s ears stinky and itchy, so I just went back to Victor Hero formula. Fingers crossed for no more stinky itchy ears.

I just bought a bag of Diamond Lamb MEAL and Rice dog food (red and white bag). I BELIEVE the type you are talking about, Lamb and Rice, is different, in a green and white bag?

I’ve used the type in the past that you’re talking about with no problem. (I just finished up four bags of California Natural that I got for a killer price.) I’ve not been ‘particular’ about what I feed my animals, a leftover from when I had 7 dogs and Very Little Money. Nowadays, however, I tend to buy my dogs “better” food than what I buy for myself.

I’m not sure if my dogs will experience the same problem that yours are currently, but I will keep my eyes on them and report any changes here.

Yes, the one in the red and white bag. I’m going to bathe the dogs in anti itch shampoo today, so hopefully that will help.
