Going to Whispering Woods in October and staying in a cabin. Looking for recommendations for easier safe trails. Needing to stay away from anything challenging and dangerous. Thanks a bunch!
I’m not sure where that is. I have ridden many different areas of BSF, but I’ll need more details to help you out.
If it’s Whispering Woods cabin on lake cumberland, it’s up north of Big South fork.
Most of my riding has been in the south part since I’m coming to it from the south.
Most of the southern trails aren’t too difficult, can be a bit muddy and/or rocky in places where the trails go into the gulf, but on top they’re usually quite sandy and even.
