Anybody have SmartPack Solstice Waterproof boots?

Likes? Dislikes?

I would mostly be using them around the barn and trail riding…Haven’t been able to wear boots in FOREVER and really, really want some!

Plus, I like the brown!

I have them! They’re warm, a tad clunky for my taste. I don’t ride in them, but wear them around the barn. Hold up well!

I got them last year for christmas! They run a size smaller than most other footwear, but once I returned for the bigger size they were amazing. I wear them to the barn and they have room for thick winter socks. I get them covered in mud frequently, then clean them up and wear them to work the next day! They might be a tiny bit chunky, but I think they have to be to be usable in the barn/field.

I do ride in them, but only because my tall boots have a broken zipper and I’m only riding 20 minutes 4x per week right now. They are ok for riding. I wouldn’t wear them if I wanted to do serious daily training.

Last winter and so far this winter I’ve worn them every day and they hold up great! Just take good care of the leather like you would with anything else.

thanks!
right now I wear a pair of older Keen pull-ons w/ half chaps. they can’t be THAT much clunkier!!!

I just bought some for wearing around town and I like them well enough. The leather is pretty cheap, but for the price, I’m not surprised.

I bought them 3 years ago. They are okay, but I can recommend Ariat Insulated H2O’s. They have 200g of thinsulate and have been completely waterproof. The first boots that have actually kept my feet warm in many years !!

I have the paddock boot version, and love them. I don’t wear them around the barn (mostly because I’m not really riding these days, LOL) so have no clue how they’d hold up, but they make a great everyday winter boot. They do run slightly large, once the fluffy stuff inside compacts down a bit they can be a little big.

I’ve had them for three years, and will say when I’m out in snow and stuff, the leather has started getting saturated, but my feet stay perfectly dry
