Mandy, I think that dongontired was asking if Tina and Alex have any new information- because it seems she might have a case against Britney. We would love to hear any current news!

She never had any intention of “downsizing”- it’s just another way to pressure some poor soul into buying something, thinking they would feel sorry for her. Do you suppose some of the horses come from ATI in Wooster?- I looked and they had a few relatively cheap that she could make a nice profit on. Bet that would make them happy…:no:

As this has probably been asked before, did you have a signed agreement that said you could come see the pony whenever?
If it did, I’d go to the local law enforcement, agreement in-hand, and either get an escort or at least inform them and then just show up to see your pony.

Britney slaps whatever breed fits her fancy most of the time, when she doesn’t have papers. TBs listed as WBs, Percheron crosses listed as freisian crosses, etc. I highly doubt the dam is CB - very few PB mares in the US and most used in CB breeding programs. Maybe a QH cross?

I’ve wondered the same thing time and again…many reputable businesses at least have pics of the farm/facilities available and will share without hesitation. I’m sure she’s doing a lot of it because of sites like this. As a side note- I think she needs to give this up and concentrate on her “college” degree…her spelling in those ads is so bad at times it makes me laugh! I’m not perfect by any stretch, but come on. If I wasn’t smart enough to spell, I’d at least try to find someone within close proximity with an ounce of sense to go over it before I put it out there to prospective buyers(she might have trouble with this one:lol:). If she were applying for a job and submitted a resume with those spelling errors, it would hit the trash before she made it to the door.
