SHe let me ride one of them. He had not been cleaned up and did not reaspond very well. She said noone had been on him for a while. Exactly what I was looking for when I went to see a perspective purchase. He was way to much horse, but B said he was just fresh from not being out and I believed her. Not my best move.

So glad to see that the truth is finally getting out and people are listening!! Thanks to everyone for helping and mpack for starting this thread. Hopefully these horses will find loving homes without the restrictions. I pray Annie finds a good home, and some peace for the ones that have been lost. I would like to thank all of you for the kind ear and loving hearts toward me and Annie. Even though the story didn’t end the way I had hoped, I do hope that ends well for her as well as the rest of you.

Barrelchick–I’m sorry for your disappointment and pain of heart in regards to Annie. You certainly tried and gave Annie your best. Remember some of these complex horses were given to Britney becasue they had physical or neurological issues and it was determined they required retirement. Britney misrepresented herself as a place where they would not be utilized in a performance capacity and then “adopted” them out for the money putting the horse and the unwitting purchaser/adopter at great risk…its hard to get your mind around such a disrespect for the safety of both people and the horses…

Has anyone mentioned to horsetopia (since equinenow has already banned her) that she’s technically posting a fraud/scam ad by advertising TBs with “papers that can be purchased”? If it’s papers from the JC, then she can’t legally sell them separately (the papers are technically the property of the Jockey Club and attached to the horse, and are in fact printed with “MUST BE TRANSFERED WITH THE HORSE”. I believe it even says “Without Charge” but Lucky’s papers are at home and I can’t check.) Selling something that can’t be sold constitutes fraud…if equinenow booting her isn’t enough maybe that will add fuel to the fire.
