B is not in school, Demi may or may not be a genuinely good horse but trust all of us on this thread, you do not want to put up with the “Britney headache” that comes with any horse/pony this wingnut “sells”. B is the Ohio equivalent of the woman in California who was convicted of fraudulent internet horse sales, and wound up with a 3 year prison term. Keep it up, B, you’re on your way…to prison.

I was checking in on this thread last week and couldn’t locate it. I did contact trailqueen and she also couldn’t access it. I was concerned and did contact the moderator who confimed the thread is still active. I love Chronicle forums and am appreciative of the valuable resource they provide to the horse community. I’m glad this thread served its purpose and informed someone prior to them stepping into the mire with Britney Sturtz.

sooooo…did anyone see the new thread up when you search “brit le brand farm” regarding misrepresentation? are they talking about the same person?? All total, they got duped for over$15,000 (cost of horse + vet+massage,etc…).

Brit Le Brand Farm = Belle Greye Haven Stables

so apparently the Belle Greye Haven Stables name is back in circulation. Since the horse business is drying up for Miss B, she’s expanding her “business” into selling Aussie puppies. Including the one puppy who went from Warsaw OH to McDonald PA and, according to the new puppy owner, showed up positive for parvo within 12 hours of arriving back in PA. According to the PUBLIC RECORDS file at the Ohio Atty General’s Office, there was a bit of a refund to the new puppy owner. No word on the rest of the pups in the litter. Unfortunately no further news in the AG report as to the fate of the puppy in PA either.

And before you start squawking about libel/slander/defamation/etc etc etc, Britney, this is a public record which is available upon written request to the Ohio AG’s Office. I didn’t file the complaint, I just report 'em.

Soooooo, unsuspecting public, watch out for any aussie puppies or horses sold under the banner of Brit Le Brand Farm, Belle Greye Haven Stables, BGHS, or equinejumper21, all known aliases of Miss Britney Alexis Sturtz.

one day they’re $1, the next day they’re $100…you can lease it for $9500 or buy it cash for $8500, you must have a professional trainer and carry insurance…WHY,why,why would anyone want to “rent” a horse from her???

internet fraud

very interesting link on the puppyfind.com site where B is selling the aussie puppies. When you go to the ‘more information’ link for an individual puppy, to the right of the price is a link that says “Buy with confidence”, and the opening sentence in the popup box states “Internet fraud is on the rise, so we’ve added some tips to help protect yourself when buying online. Arm yourself with information and buy with confidence!” and has a number of very helpful and smart recommendations on how to buy a puppy from an internet site, including the very sensible statement several times that if something doesn’t feel right, walk away and ‘discontinue the sale’.

It’s a shame there is not a similar popup box on the online horse-selling sites like Dreamhorse.com and others. Probably would have prevented a number of the bad stories on this thread from happening.

Also wonder if puppyfind.com is aware of the Ohio AG’s actions involving the puppy B sold to the girl in southwestern PA who had a parvo positive when the puppy got to the new home… :winkgrin:

Belle Grey Haven selling puppies at Qtr Hs Congress

Trailqueen, somebody posted on another B thread, she is in fact in Columbus and has sold something like 25 pups to unsuspecting good faith buyers. Hope they all got her name, address and phone no so they can complain to Qtr Hs Congress people as well as the Humane Society in Cols…
