Anyone else having trouble with XEntry trying to enter AECs?

Trying to enter the AECs this morning, but it’s saying I’m not qualified for any divisions even though we are. I’ve received emails from USEA stating that both my horse and I are qualified, and we on the qualified lists on the USEA website. Trying to figure out who to contact for help!

Yes! I called Sharon Gallagher with the same concern this morning – she said that is happening to a lot of people. They don’t know why, but you can go ahead and complete your entry even if it says not qualified.

It looks good to enter through Event Entries

Perhaps a silly question, but at the end of my Xentry, it said that this event (AECs) doesn’t take digital entry info so all forms must be printed and mailed. This isn’t true, right?

Xentry is very confusing. My confirmation email:

Event Notice
This event does NOT support the electronic exchange of entry data. Please remember to send your Entry, Stabling and Coggins forms to the event so to be postmarked by 08/15/2023.
IMPORTANT: This entry is not considered valid until these forms are received by the event secretary. Notification of your payment has been sent to the event and payment delivery will occur within 3-7 business days.

**Electronic Entries only. Any and all paperwork must be electronic including updated waivers and coggins. All payments must be by Credit Card. **

**Please direct any questions concerning entries and stabling to: **

I found this to be an Xentry thing and so moved entirely to Event Entries after having to pay a late fee for duplicate mailed forms from Xentry. So dumb

Thanks everyone, I was able to enter. I also received this email, and I’m confused about it we need to mail things in.

Another question— in the Omnibus, it says we need a health certificate 30 days out. Is that 30 days for when we arrive at KHP, 30 days from the start of the AECs, or 30 days from our dressage day?

I just received confirmation from the aec show secretary that mailing in paper forms is not required. If you entered and signed documents electronically that will suffice. They apologized for the confusing email confirmation messages.

I would assume the HC means it must have been made within 30-days of the competition. So if the HC is older than 30 days from the start of competition, you should get a new one.

They will check your paperwork (health cert/Coggins) when you pull in to the horse park so it needs to be from your arrival date.

Thank you! That’s just what I needed to know.

Thank you! I assumed they wouldn’t want a huge pile of paper forms but the confirmation makes me feel better. After everything that I’ve done to plan for the trip, I’d hate to have a silly entry mistake ruin it all.
