I don’t know them well, but I know a number of people who have bought horses from them or who currently ride with them. For the horses that have been sold, they appear to have been exactly as advertised. My friend who rides with them really loves riding with them, and she is a person who i consider to be very honest/straightforward.
I’d say if the horse interests you, you should check it out.

Brendan and Mel are wonderful. What you see is what you get. They are very honest and put a lot of time an effort into the carefully developing their horses. You will not be disappointed. I take lessons with Brendan.
