Anyone feed Pet-Tabs for dogs? Lead alert!

The article itself happens to be mostly about human vitamins, but it does contain the following quoted info:

“ConsumerLab also tested several pet supplements, one of which, Pet-Tabs Complete Daily Vitamin Mineral Supplement for Dogs contained lead at unhealthy levels.”

I don’t feed vitamin supplements myself, but thought this would be useful to know, as Pet Tabs seem to be pretty popular.

Thanks for the Heads Up Mara. I was toying with home cooking for my dogs and PetTabs were recommended. After I purchased some, I saw this mentioned somewhere else but wasn,t sure how current the warning was.
I will print off the article to show my retailer and return them.

We fed those for years as a treat and even my vet used to carry them on the truck. My guess is that they would have to be fed in a large dose to be unhealthy. Our GSD lived to be 13 and died from a virus and she had at least four a week from the time she was about 7 or 8 years old.
