You can purchase a mare’s produce record with a guest account. I believe it is $1, as poster above states.
If you want to save the dollar, you can put her name as dam, then each year from the age of three, and if she produced a registered foal that year, it will show up in the search.

The OP’s mare is Tea Basket 1999. The only horse/mare that comes up on Equibase by that name is Tea Basket, 1999, gray/roan WA bred mare by Basket Weave out of Super Tea by Super Pleasure.
Doing a free foal search by Dam on Equibase returns nothing. She may of been bred but the resulting foal/s were not registered and or she wasn’t bred to produce TBs to race.
Nada in Equineline inputting dam and yob from 2001 to current. If she was bred, it wasn’t for a JC registered foal.
