Once upon a time our local SPCA adopted out a pot bellied pig to a pet home, only to find out the pig had been eaten. On the other hand, true livestock like beef cows go back into the actual livestock auction chain if they are seized. So I suppose would pork pigs

I am involed in rescue and saw this article. It would raise red flags to me if a “man” wanted to collect hundreds of small animals. Especially if his partner ran a reptile store. I hope the creep is fully prosecuted.
