Are you saying they should post on the eventing forum? Or that eventers trainers are as good as dressage trainers? (Because they are not as good as someone who is strictly a dressage trainer. I’m also assuming the OP is looking for someone with experience up to the FEI levels, which eliminates the experiences of the majority of eventers in the U.S.)
What level of instruction are you looking for?
You can go on-line to the USDF web site, and check the lists of instructors and judges from your area. Most of the upper level judges are excellent instructors as well. An although some of my best friends are eventers, I in general, avoid them for dressage training alone. Though there are some exceptions to that rule, but not in your area.
Based on prior postings, I think it would be fair to say the OP is looking for someone with good basic knowledge, so goeslikestink’s advice is appropriate for this poster.

Opps, gotta call you on that one. If the horse is an OTTB, many dressage trainers haven’t a clue and will ruin the horse. I speak from experience. The eventers saved my horse’s sanity, made the transition from the track to the arena (it was harder than that because that had to fix a dressage trainer’s messed up “training,”) and to eventers I will forever be grateful.
Eventer took my horse to second level, and were happy to let the horse go to a USEF Dressage Judge to continue on to Grand Prix where he excelled in open classes. Eventer went back to eventing and enjoying horses that wanted to do all three phases.
Sorry, but eventers can be BETTER than dressage trainers if they understand a horse’s head set, past experiences, and breed tendencies.
There are dressage trainers out there who deal with OTTBs exclusively! Finding one that knows (and has) TBs is a must. They simply aren’t warmbloods and often have to dealt with differently.
True enough. And there are older eventers who now exclusively ride dressage, one person in particular has a TB at USDF All Breeds Grand Prix Champion for five consecutive years now, with a very respectable year end median score regardless of breed or registry.

Guess that was why Karen Stives had such a hard time choosing which team to ride with for the LA Olympics. 
Based on what nolte has posted here thus far, I’m sure an eventer could do just fine for her needs.
