Barn pro is a terrible company and I do not recommend this company at all!
I ordered a barn from them and it has been a disaster ever since. The moment I write this review I still have an incomplete barn because of crucial parts being on back order, parts which supposed to be delivered 5 weeks ago!!! And we are not talking about difficult or rare parts but about some ordinary lumber. The parts that did arrive are broken and warped, evidently it is all Home Depot material they literally dropped off on my property damaging two trees.
The incomplete barn is exposed to the elements and is about to fall into decay. The customer service is rude and they simply do not give anything about their costumers since I have paid the full amount. They keep you on a leash by promising you that the parts are coming and stop all communication from there. Not answering the phone (always in a meeting or out for lunch at 10.30 am!), emails are not being answered. They promised me a compensation for the delay (but the acceptance will of cause mean the conclusion of the transaction), but that compensation credit will never arrive.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
