Anyone uses Rossi Paddock Boots for riding??

I bought a pair of Rossi Paddock boots for mucking stalls and so far I love them. The quality is amazing.
I started to wear another new pair of Ariats after I bought the Rossi boots and they are already deteriorating although I don’t even wear them a lot :frowning:

I did see that some of the Rossi models have toes which are more narrow. Is it possible to use them for riding??

I wear the regular ones for riding with no issues.

Thank you, I will then probably order a pair of their dress boots. They kind of spoil you for everything else…

I ride in my Rossi Musk (the women’s boot) all summer long. Never had a problem.

Hope more people support this company and stop buying crappy blundstones…

I would, if they would start making them wide enough in the toe to fit my duck feet. But they don’t.

I agree, though, that they are nicer boots than Blundstone.

I’m going to assume you know that in Australian boots the half size is wider, not longer. Rossi label theirs differently but the “extra fit” models are even wider than that.

I agree they are extremely wide. But that is my problem for riding. I ordered now the dress boots which seem to have a more narrow toe in order to fit my stirrup iron. Really really hope that it fits as nicely as the Musk womans model which I love!!

I do. I bought my first Australian boots in person in a boot store in Australia and most subsequent pairs via internet from Australia. Two very nice, but very businesslike, ladies in a stockman’s shop fully educated me on the joys of Australian boots.

Direct quote from their web site: “Note: Most ROSSIS are noticeably narrower than most Blundstones and Redbacks.”

In equivalent sizes, in my boot-trying-on-experience, Redbacks generally run wider than Blundstones which generally run wider than Rossis. Except for the Blundstone 200, which runs really wide and fits me about the best of all of them, although I switched to Redbacks when the Blunstone quality took a nosedive.

 Sorry for the diversion. I do love my Aussie-style boots.

My Rossi boots arrived today and I am thrilled! Used them already for riding and the way they are made (real thick leather) I hope they will last longer then 6 months
