Having got a gray horse once again, I was looking to put him on Transfer Factor but apparently 4Life isn’t selling the formula I was using in 2013 anymore. He has a melanoma on his tail and since I had some luck with my last gray using the TF… Let me know if you know of a horse formula that’s available.
I have never heard of this product, but that might be because I do not own a grey (so I am not help).
There have been some threads about various things people do about melanomas, let me see if I can find one. If nothing else, I am bumping your thread up so someone who knows might be able to help you.
Edit to add - It looks like most of them are discussing Oncept.
I know nothing of Transfer Factor. Prior to starting Oncept, my horse had about 16 melanomas on his sheath and tiny ones under his tail. One of the ones on his sheath had ulcerated, so he had surgery to have them all removed. Then I started him on Oncept and been there ever since…Sorry to not be of more help, but I am VERY happy with Oncept.
