AQHA broodmare rules and the TB mare

Just wondering if someone can provide me insight on the AQHA rules with TB mares. Are Jockey club papers required? She would have been DNA typed as a foal, however I don’t have the papers in hand at this point. I am working on it however.

Also, what is the going rate for a big attractive TB mare (>17 hands) in the land of the quarter horse? I had someone approach me on a FB group expressing interest in my mare for QH breeding purposes, however I have absolutely NO idea on fair pricing. She is well bred for sport.

Would the price change based on papers vs no papers?

She will need her papers to get her AQHA t number. Without papers she will have zero value to a QH breeder. With papers value will depend on how she is put together and bred.
