I’ve been to Crystal Springs farm, it’s only about 15 miles from me. Beautiful place and really nice people. It’s sad that they are selling out since Mr. Hubbard passed. They had some great horses with good breeding.

Hopefully the interest shown in his horses will ensure that his homebreds continue to be successful runners and producers. Perhaps the breeding of his horses may not be in the manner that he would have chosen, but as such a successful breeder, I would expect and hope that his breeding decisions will be studied by those who have purchased his stock.

I wish the people that have purchased his legacy all the best and hope that their work now and in the future will be a fitting tribute to Mr. Hubbard. Hopefully they will mention his name when their horses succeed. I’m sure they will.
