Louis Litt and Nigel are cat men.
A well-deserved bump.
Did you guys not watch it?
Did you see the most excellent cat? With the paw of happiness? And Louis Litt clearly being a Cat Man?
Who are you people?
I did not watch the link posted, but I will, I am headed to class. But I wanted to tell you that my dad loves cats and even wears a shirt that says, “Real men love cats”.
Some of my best friends are cat men. :encouragement:
I am a cat woman!

I’m touched that you’d take the time to post on your way out the door. I hope you do get the time to watch it.
(And my apologies to the rest of you: I think you have to watch a commercial before you are allowed to forward to 18:21. A real Cat Man will do it.)
Mark Twain was a total cat man. So, that makes being a cat man completely cool to me.
Never heard of this show. Went right to the correct spot. LOVED it! Cute tabby!
My dad is a cat man, and my husband is a cat man. We have 4 cats. Both men were Marines. Both guys are the biggest bad a$$es, even my dad still and he is pushing 70. He gives his 14 year old cat 2 insulin shots a day and revolves around ole’ Frickles’ needs.

I enjoy the show.
But beyond that, I think we should expand this thread to Cat Men and All Things Pertaining To Them.
My husband was NOT a cat man before he moved in with us. He is now. He even reports to me on antics I have missed. The youngest cat is “our” cat - the others were mine before I met him. BUbba LOVES his daddy!

Oh really? What things did Mr. Twain do that earned him the Cat Man title?
I am trying to get into this show… and have been watching it for a few months now. Have to say that cat man part was great…
SO is a Cat Man… oh how I wished he loved me like he loves his cat. Oh well I’m sure he feels the same way about the horses…
Mark Twain loved cats:

Smart man.

Samuel Clemens LOOOVVVEEDD the kitties. There are a ton of quotes from him about cats but this is my favorite: “When a man loves cats, I am his friend and comrade without further introduction.”
Here’s a webpage about his feline love: http://www.twainquotes.com/Cats.html
Louis Litt (also into mudding-- see below) has been developed as a funny and interesting character. IMO, the current season is getting a little stupid, primarily because Rachel has been made into an unrealistic idiot in the interests of making her a “relatable” love interest for Mike. Apparently, folks can watch very sexy, smart lawyer types (the ladies in very tight clothing) and believe them, but need young Rachel to be a ditz in order for us to like her.
But earlier seasons were better. Except for the development of Louis Litt and his strange-cum-high end proclivities for things like “taking the muds” in an international set of spas, orgami festivals and also cats.

Yanno, I once had a boyfriend and a great slacker male cat at the same time while I was in college. While I was adoring the cat, my BF said “Wow. I wish I were that cat.” I should have hung onto him and married him (well, maybe sorta).
But at the time, what I didn’t know about myself was that I had that cat and adored him precisely because I couldn’t be that perfectly intimate in every way with a guy.
Same story for the SOs who do the horse thing: I recognize 'em after they are married and all trained up by their horsing wife. But I couldn’t see those diamonds in the rough when they were 19 or so.
