Area I - Unrecognized horse trials

Hi All, I’m from Area II. With the hot and humid summer approaching quickly, I was wondering if there are any unrecognized horse trails in Area I, that may not be too far to travel to, so that my horse and I don’t have to take the next 2 months off from competition. We are located in Southeast PA.

Thanks for any insight you can offer!

You know about Burgundy Hollow, right? (It’s in Area 2).

Also Bucks County, Flora Lea, and a couple of other “recognized” venues hold “Starter” events as well.

NYers, any “downstate” events that are closer to NJ/PA?

Scroll down on this link. Lots of fun stuff to do:

IFG, thanks for the link!

KayBee, yes I’m aware of all of those PA/NJ events, and enjoy all of them, however was hoping to find some slightly cooler weather and footing that is not so hard in July/August.

You just missed the Groton House Classic: unrecognized elem and BN. There will be one int he fall, too. Check out the Groton House web site.
