Ariat Bromont insulated dress boot fit

So MVP’s returns came today and while a little snug they zipped up and for me, as usual, they’re on the tall side. With the thinner calf the ankle is much nicer and I don’t feel like I’m swimming in the foot as a result.

I’m going to wear both sets of boots around the house tonight and tomorrow but I’m leaning towards the snugger regulars as I feel with time and wear they will give a little in the calf. I don’t think I’ll be able to get thermals under my breeches unless they really give, but I’m trying to combat cold feet in 30-40 degree weather not sub-arctic.

For another layer under your breeches, you could try a pair of compression shorts that are super long (go to your knee). You can find these at Dick’s or some other sporting goods store.

I just bought a pair of Ariat Bromont’s and they fit perfect unless I try to put insulated breeches on underneath. I had a heck of a time zipping them up WITH my breeches on which I did eventually accomplish but it was a little uncomfortable.

kkmrad94,

So you went with snug with your normal breeches on? Sounds like mine might be zipping better.

Anyone happen to want to part with their dress boot version of these? 8 or 8.5, regular calf? I have an 8.5 full calf I could trade as well.

Oh man - the 8.5 Full calf is exact size I wear! Interested in selling them?
