A few years ago , I ordered glassware (wine of course) from a lady who painted horses in the ordered coat color, with an appropriate background ie; cactus, palm trees etc.
I would like to order again from her but lost her address, email or otherwise

Search on Etsy. I bought some nice hand-painted Christmas ornaments a few years ago from an Etsy seller that were done as you describe - you could specify coat color, etc.
And no, of course I didn’t save the name and address of the seller because spending forever searching through pages and pages of Etsy listings to try and find exactly what you want is just so much fun.

The person I’m looing for did dressage horses & riders, at least that was on my glasses. Horse color and background varied.
