Thanks
TRUE stiff dressage boots are not supposed to be walked in. Should slightly hurt to bend your knee walking around. They will last longer if you leave them for riding only.
My deniros are not comfortable to walk around in. I am considering getting a pair of dress boots not as stiff to wear all day at the farm.
Ok the helps. Thanks. These are very hard to walk in. O
Are these boots supposed ton feel like they drop down the ankle a bit when you ride?
Not sure what you mean by this. They will develop a crease around the ankle and drop down the back of your knee a couple of inches. More so if you have the pull ons. they drop less with zippers.
I found that riding in heel lifts for a few weeks helps with the break in. And don’t walk around in them. Even my well-broken-in Konigs get taken off immediately after riding now to alleviate unecessary wear and tear.
