I need to redo my bins, and concrete is out of my budget. Has anyone used asphalt grindings/millings as the base for one? Need a hard surface as I turn my bins with my FEL. Thoughts?

What do you do with your finished manure, and does the stuff that would leach into it from the millings be a problem for that use?
