I’m glad I’m not the only one thinking the same thing. I had a horse that was terrified of strollers. We found out the hard way at a horse show. The parent was on the rail with the stroller. Horse and rider were walking calmly toward the in-gate. Parent began to push the stroller away from the rail toward the horse. Horse was startled, ran backwards, spun and then bolted, scattering people in different directions. Fortunately no one was hurt, but it could have been very bad. And the poor horse was traumatized. It took months of work to get back to where he had been.
Another warning to add. Heard of a family where the horse was quite happy with the stroller and often allowed to put his head down for the baby to pat. All very cute until the day the horse threw up his head, tossing the stroller with the baby in it.
I use our old jog stroller to push the too-big-to-carry weed sprayer around the paddocks as I spot spray the weeds, so they come in handy after the children are too old for them.
