It finally let me log in and now, when I try and watch the feed I get a blank screen and this message…

I just clicked on watch live … and have the first jog running
H&H feed now working to my US phone.
how do I make sure I am on the US feed? I am very disappointed so far.
I restarted my computer and it is once again saying “there is not an account with that email”.
What a disaster that site is. Bummer…I was really looking forward to watching!
when I go to H&H, it sez atgain, not available in my area. I am sure it is, but I am somewhat illiterate in computer matters.
Was there a link in your email that you had to verify the address ???
H&H; currently working.

I had a problem like this the first time it tried to create an account - but I did not get a receipt or welcome email. Waited a day in case there was a lag and then tried again. Now my account is working but the feed is crap.
it is pushing me back to horse and country. I wonder if I try IE…
Thank you Equibrit - I’m watching H&H on my phone now. I hope it works all weekend. I’m still getting my $ back from Horse & Country TV!
the commentators are very funny - commenting on horses, rider attire, even the staff who is sweeping the laneway
Call your credit card co and cancel it - right quick!

I joined and paid a half hour ago. I got a confirmation and welcome email from Horse and Country 25 minutes ago.
It now says “there is no account with that email” when I try to log on, even though I was logged on 15 minutes ago.
The same thing happened to me. Maddening. I rebooted my computer and opened the page again . . . and then when I went to “Badminton,” it just me to the live stream without asking for a password or login. Crazy!
The stream is absolute garbage, though. Constantly freezing and buffering, and that’s on both an iPad and a laptop.
This is exactly what happened to me. Typed in my password and info four or five times and it kept kicking me out. I restarted my computer and went to the Horse and Country website again, clicked on “Badminton” and it took me to the live feed without even asking for a password or login. Crazy. However, the live stream is abysmal. I can’t imagine what will happen with more traffic on XC day.
eq, I use chrome, and when it works, most of the time, it is flawless. But when I go to EN, I cannot see the photos! go figure. They are available on the Edge. I use chrome because when I get online, I don’t have to loo at their selective news feeds. I can get a blank slate on chrome. that said, I am having more and more trouble with it. But I cannot seem to get the edge on big computer. I have switched to laptop and went into the edge, and H&C tells me now I don’t have an account. Maybe God is telling me to get a life. I am so beyond frustrated. The links you helpfully offered didn’t work- they just brought up what I got on chrome. coverage on h&c is still spotty. ack
I was able to watch the live steam on Badminton’s website for about 20 minutes. Then I left my office to go watch it outside on my lunch break and it said my location was blocked! They figured me out …
Charger 75…me too! When I finally got to the point that I was logged in, I did not log in. It just accepted me. Sadly, I have still been unable to actually see anything. I just get that annoying message. Your stream may be abysmal, but at least you have a stream!
Nothing irks me more than a person or a business who are unable to deliver what they sell. I don’t understand how being bad at your job or business isn’t cause to stop trying to sell a service or product they are unable to actually provide.
Here’s what I can’t understand–this is one of the biggest equestrian events in the world; they’ve had ample time to prepare; they give people no option but to pay for a service; and then they can’t provide it. It seems so rinky-dink–and how are you going to attract new people to a sport when they can’t WATCH it?!
