GO Selena and Go #kingsam!!!

I’m also pumped because Equiratings basically scoffed when someone suggested Selena would be competitive there…

I can not get the live feed to work whatsoever, says I’m blocked. Tried a proxy, no luck. :frowning:

There’s a known issue with the feed geoblocking when it’s not supposed to (they’re working on it). Make sure you are using Chrome, and then refresh, refresh, refresh until it works. It took me about 10 x refresh this morning to get it to work, after I already had it working earlier with only one refresh.

The British commentators are hilarious!

Wooo for being Canadian and getting free live feed for once
Rare for us!

Selena left a few marks on the table, but hey! Day one and she’s up there. good for her! She’ll rock XC! Go woody!

ok will it work on iPhone then?

I’m using the H&C app on my iphone and it is working well. Pammy and Peter are cracking me up, the riders should be glad they are not the ones doing the scoring!!

If you are in the correct territory and are still experiencing streaming problems:

  • Watch in Chrome as a preferred browser
  • Ensure your Flash player is up to date
Does the iPhone support Flash player? I have an Android but I thought that iPhones don't support Flash? If so I imagine this is the problem.

I adore Tim Price, but I thought Ringwood Sky Boy’s test was a little disappointing (and so did the announcers); also thought Jung and Sam were less than brilliant, and yet they are sitting 1-2. (Jung leading, Tim second.) Selena and Woody had great canter work–very happy for them.

The announcers were saying he was the first horse they’d seen go in a double bridle, and what they described as “irregularity” could have been a contact issue.

Sam is never a show stopper, but he is very very correct. Im glad that over rides fancy movement. SO thrilled for Selena, she was worried about forgetting her test so I can imagine she is over the moon.

@Madison is that pay service?

Ill have to check, thanks

well, thank goodness my video is flawless this morning. The commentators are very funny. Selena had a terrific test. There was an Irish horse that didn’t have a good test and they thought he was a bit lame. I did see his head bobbing, but they decided it was irregular contact. Then with Woody in a double bridle, it was similar. Not all the trot work was bobbly tho. I think he got more than 3 9s too.
As far as Sam, perhaps we are all a bit jaded, and now see him as a not terrific mover, and just very very correct. He did get a couple of 6.5 I think. I am happy for Olliie to have a fighting chance for a win.

So is the H&C feed working now and worth paying for? Would love to watch the XC tomorrow but won’t if the feed isn’t worth the $$. Thank you!

Yes, unfortunately, that’s the $8.99 pay service, but it is working seamlessly so far today. @PonyLove222 yes they seem to have fixed their feed, I have had zero issues today on the iphone.

ok thanks, thats not too bad.

Whats the app called?

Veronica on a 25!!! WOW

The commentators are killing me! They call it like it is. I have heard them say at least twice now that the judges aren’t scoring some riders as highly as others because they’re not big names. And they just said they got in trouble last year for being so brazen. Pammy asked if they were to “call it like it is or invent fairy stories”

Is this on the radio, or the feed?

I wont be able to watch it at work today - can’t do a VPN @ work, but is that the way to go? You don’t need to use VPN if you pay the $9 right?

I am watching here - https://www.badminton-horse.co.uk/livestream/dressage-day-one/
Did not have to pay. Is this not working for other people?
