Not a big field this year, not even a wait list. The season so far has been so disrupted by the weather and by politics that I suspect some people just didn’t feel ready. The new MERS have caught out at least one rider. Then there are people with an engagement elsewhere, in London.

Anyone know why? He was withdrawn from KY because he was entered in Badminton… I wonder what’s up. Just asking as a fan!

Eric Winter, Course Designer, isn’t a fan of over-dressed fences. The fences this year have been described as “old fashioned”. He is also very good at using dressing to help horses read a fence. Even how he strings a course can help a horse. He is my favorite CD.
