I just did the same thing and got the same response.
Sure they have an email. They haven’t responded to it though, while they are broadcasting a live event they have made me pay through the nose for. Not sure if you would really consider that “providing an email” or not.
They also have a phone number. Conveniently, the service desk is now closed. During the live broadcast they are charging people for.
Unacceptable. I rarely use that word, because I think it’s often rude, but they are being ruder and this is truly unacceptable.

Yes, I apologize–I should have made it clear that their solution was no help at all! Didn’t mean to direct you to a worthless page. Now I can’t log in to CMH at all. Changed password, but it is not recognizing it.
I hate always had problems with CHM and vowed never to use them again–thanks, Badminton.
Like everyone else, I logged in and got 2 minutes before being cut off and told to register at a cost of $239. I checked my account and it said I had a Badminton season pass.

I found a phone number on my invoice but they are only open during 9 - 6 German time.
I am not optimistic this fiasco would be fixed even one were to get through to a live person after hours waiting in a queue.
I have emailed and FB messaged everybody but Santa Clause trying to make them aware of the situation. I got the same response from CMH that everyone else did. It is so frustrating to pay for something and not get a working product.

I went to the Badminton website and emailed their general office (the Badminton TV email leads to an error message) and explained the issue, as well as the fact that many people are having the same problem.
Maybe if enough of us complain to Badminton they can contact CMH.
You just gave me hope, so I tried again…and now I am in too! Scared to touch anything, though.
UPDATE: I just received a FB message back from CMH. Here is what it said:
Thank you for reaching out. We’re currently experiencing technical issues that are affecting access for many users with a Badminton Season Pass. Our IT team is actively working on a fix, and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We know how frustrating this is and truly appreciate your patience. We promise to keep you updated as soon as we have more information. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
