Badminton Clip My Horse

CMH “renewed” my one time badminton membership, and charged my credit card.

I figured I would let it go this year, then cancel my credit card if necessary to avoid future renewals.

but … I cannot log in. followed directions to change my password, but CMH insists either my email or password are incorrect.

Anyone have any luck with this?

I am logged in, can see that under my account have the “Badminton Season Pass” under subscription, and STILL can’t access anything and keep getting re-routed to purchase a premium membership. E-mailed CMH.

If you remember your BadmintonTV credentials you could try those–that is one recommended step on the Badminton TV page.

This is so frustrating… why oh why did the go to CMH… they had the BEST thing going with Badminton TV!

The same thing just happened to me! I have the season pass and it is acting like I don’t even though it is listed as active and expiring in 2026 under my account. I’m so frustrated. I sent a message to CMH, so hopefully they will fix it soon!

I had that as well, then figured maybe it wanted me to change my password, so I did.

Now it does not even recognize my account (the “head” icon is gone)

Dammit! I was afraid this would happen, have not tried to login yet, but was planning to at some point today; thanks to everyone for the warnings! This is so incredibly frustrating. Badminton was the best with Badminton TV and streaming, even showed replays – I was more than happy to pay the $25 to watch.

I have some choice words that would get me banned here.

That was going to be my next step, so thank you for the warning–I’ll hold off trying to solve anything until CMH answers. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt–the coverage I had for Kentucky operated fine–but there always seems to be an issue with “integration” of access from other sources.

I have been watching replays for the past few weeks and it had been acting fine. Not sure why it is glitching all of a sudden. Seems pretty standard for CMH. :frowning:

The same issue is happening for me. Paid for Badminton TV and CMH will not play it.

sounds like you have an annual CMH membership.

I think many of us have the single event badminton membership.

THIS. I am FURIOUS. Clip My Horse is a terrible service, their terms are practically criminal, and they charge an exorbitant amount for something that will not work. I desperately hope Burghley does not allow them to get involved. If dedicated fans of the sport cannot figure it out there is no hope for anyone else.

Actually, I just have the season pass. I started the subscription for the 2024 season and it was automatically transferred to CMH.

We will all miss the jog at this rate! I am on minute 35 of trying to figure it all out and no luck. Im usually pretty good at this stuff too!

Second this a hundred times. I am FURIOUS. Paid for Badminton TV, it automatically renewed and switched to CMH, which recognized my login and season pass, but I can’t get anything to work. Followed Badminton’s link to reset password via CMH and still not working.

Well - it appears that I am IN - I am afraid to breathe or move lest it go away. Watching the jog right now – rider with a very loose gray skirt and a very big loose black jacket?

My CMH account profile page confirms I have a Badminton Season Pass, and confirms it is active. It will not let me watch. I tried to go in a different way by clicking the “Badminton Horse Trial 2025 Season Pass” banner, and that directs me only to a page where I can subscribe to their premium yearly membership for €239.99/year, and the only option on that page is “choose plan”. Ah yes, let me just hand you an event entry worth of cash for a service that doesn’t f***ing work. Not bloody likely.

you got a minute or 2 of the jog right? I got that too before I was told that was a freebee and I was required to purchase something.

Yup, this – and it’s completely infuriating. I guess they provide an email where you can complain or ask questions? Is there a phone number by chance? I’m figuring not if it’s in Germany.
