By coincidence I just bought a 3y/o Baloubet x Heartbreaker (registered KWPN) coming from a Holsteiner stamm (GM is Ulora by Capitol I) would love to hear from the COTH’s Holsteiner specialists what they think of this stamm.

I was thinking the exact same thing…
This must be your 3 year old? http://www.horsetelex.com/horses/pedigree/1525315 His mother is the full sister to USA Today and mother to the licensed stallion By Balou. Ulora has produced two 1.60m horses, a 1.50m horse, and jumped at national levels herself. Burggraaf, Accord I-III, etc come from this stamm. Am hoping the resident experts will chime in with more info!

The grandmother is full sister to the mother of Acobat I & II. This is a very good stamm !
Wow!! That is awesome bred! I really like Heartbreaker and I try to follow USA Today a bit since I thought he was so interesting bred. I don’t think he is that easy. How is your mare in character? Is she hot? I like this stamm a lot, good friends of mine bred the stallion Burggraaf and Bella Donna is putting this line again in the spotlight.
Yes, you found the right horse, his name is Espoir (Hope in English) a nice name for a 3y/o.
There is no photo because he entered the barn this evening and because I’m a bad photographer (will try to post something soon)
He is bay without a single white hair, jumps with power and is a nice looking stallion (for a son of Baloubet…)
I’m not a breeder and aim at having performing sport horses, with the best mare lines possible (I think it matters not only for breeding).
I’m glad you say that he is coming from a good stamm.
I’m always been a fan of Galoubet and this is my first Baloubet, I hope he will prove himself in the arena.
Congratulations! That is an AWESOME pedigree! Big Star is by Quick Star (Galoubet A) out of a Nimmerdor-Ramiro mare…looks familiar? Also we have a Judgement (grandson of Nimmerdor) out of a Galoubet A mare who is just 3 and is quite promising. Not to mention the Holsteiner stamm…
Beginning to think the Galoubet-Nimmerdor nexus is something very special. Stay tuned!
