Thats great.
Wednesday Morning ~
Again, the Barbaro update will be after training hours.
Update 1108: Another comfortable night last night for Barbaro (tuesday night). I heard from Mr. Jackson, who had heard from Dr. Richardson. The Jackson’s also visited last evening, as usual, and Barbaro was comfortable.
update 9:30 am, wednesday, november 29
Thanks, Alex.
Thanks so much, VB! The Horse Gods will smile on you because of all your hard work.

I’ll 2nd this for sure! And as for Sports Illustrated Man of the Year, I’d vote for BOTH Barbaro and Dean Richardson!!!
Such wonderful news!
Regarding the Sportsmen of the Year, can we vote for the whole Barbaro team? In my mind, they all embody the truest definition of a sportsmen
Gosh that is great news. If he had not gotten the laminitis he would be in such great shape now. Now bobby you grow some hoof!
To my delight I noticed that Breyer has a Barbaro! Has anyone bought one? I am a little old for Breyers but Barbaro may be an exception!
Thanks for the updates!
Go bobby Go!
It is so heartwarming to hear of all the good reports for Bobby. He truly is one amazing horse as are all of his team at NBC. I am wearing my Barbaro bracelet and he is never far from my thoughts. Whoever thought in May that he would have come so far. God is truly looking after this wonderful horse.
Many, many THANKS to Alex and VB. We could not get through this without you. We all need to know how Bobby is doing every day. I like the “uneventful” reports.
Grow hoof grow…
I think it is awesome that Mrs. Jackson has stepped up to the plate about informing us of Barbaro’s condition …Has there been any further talk of moving him? I honestly think he needs to stay put…but that’s me…
VB thanks as always for not leaving us …you have been there from the begining I cannot begin to thank you enough but THANK YOU anyway…
GREAT news! Terrific news! Go Bobby GO!
Thanks VB. You have been awesome about keeping us posted and I wanted you to know that I am very appreciative of that.
Very cool! Thanks so much for your tireless work to keep us updated, VB…even with the help of TWR!
I echo that I check here each day, I just don’t post so often anymore…oh, and I check/light candles each day, as well.

Thank you for the Pretzels,
Thank you for the homemade yummy candy,
Thank you for the delicious cakes and brownies today!!!
What a wonderful treat for all the staff at New Bolton!
Happy Holidays!!!
Thank you for all the nice baskets and bags for Barbaro and all the animals at New Bolton Center
I am guessing (actually I know) gifts arrived today for the staff at New Bolton. Kathy Anderson was unable to visit Barbaro today.
Thanks, Tim.
I read this regularly but don’t post very often.
A big thanks to VB and Alex for these updates.
Wish we could get some pictures of our boy’s naked rh leg.
Anybody got connections?
I think pictures will be available in the near future. For now, I am quite content to know he has just a wrap, and is comfortable with his (growing) weight, walking around so well.
The upbeat mood of Michael and Peter going to Florida is clear indication of Barbaro’s daily improving condition.
We have so much to be thankful for.
New Shoe for Barbaro
Barbaro will be getting a new shoe for the left hind foot. Read on!!!

This is wonderful news except does he have a hoof wall that is secure enough to nail to? or will they use the sigafoos? If he could get out that would be in his best interest for growing new hoof…as they say Movement Movement it does work GREAT NEWS!!!
Will they bring the doc here? I hope they do not plan on shipping him anywhere…
Still jingling and lighting candles in NY
