Wow. Accusing someone of perjury is a pretty serious allegation, one that may well meet the standard for a defamation or libel suit. I hope you have some kind of proof they were lying about making a plan with your husband and his lawyer to move Lauren and her horses to another barn.

Am I reading this correctly that Seeker1 is now putting forth the theory that Tarshis lied on the stand about the agreement he helped JK and MB work out to move LK’s horses to the other barn?
She is saying that a barred attorney got up on the stand and made up a story out of whole cloth about JK working on a plan to move the horses AND not only did this legal professional commit perjury (let’s be honest, probably true perjury) BUT also the prosecution never exposed this utter and complete lie?
