I don’t understand why Balinkas wouldn’t want something like “attempted agg assault”. He would probably get timed served and let out in that case (just by my experience in MI)

Because he would still be convicted of a felony.
He strongly believes (or at least I assume he strongly believes) that he was innocently going about his life and the LK clan intentionally ruined him.

Secret versus secrete. I was asking how one oozes out a gun, since that is what the list said, secreted.

Carrying concealed is not a secret to me. I am the person who posts in the gun threads that you (general) do not have any idea who around you or how many people are actually carrying a gun because the whole point of concealed carry is that it is … concealed.

Gun humour is lost on this little Canadian… I’ve seen a few hunting rifles around… kind of hard to conceal carry that.

I was so young and wide eyed when I lived in North Carolina. The amount of random guns just baffled me. Like the girls at the bar that had a tiny pistol in their purses for ‘protection’…

This is why the judge doesn’t want the jury to know mb had been incarcerated, they’ll possibly consider that payment enough, and pick not guilty. JustIMHO

It’s not in Michigan (it’s a misdemeanor) but I think there are different degrees of Agg Assault in NJ. I guess I just assumed it was a felony based on the fact that the PA wants it added as a lesser included. I can’t imagine them wanting a misdemeanor as a lesser included but this whole case has been crazy!!
