I’m pretty sure it was discussed that RG formed an LLC sometime in the spring with JK and LK’s advice/help. I wonder how that timing coincides with the agreement to remodel the house and if that was used to help dupe MB into believing RG was licensed to do the work. Maybe that will be revealed in the criminal trial….
They can and will apply restrictions that allow him to work and make money doing lessons and clinics and operating a working horse business as he did before, yet keep him away from competition venues and other places where he would likely encounter LK.
So have you personally experienced any or all of this? At any level? Yes, there have been cases of it but to suggest that a particular trainer would do it - or to suggest they are not a real horseman… or to imply that such things happen all the time….is just… well… trying too hard to pander to LK’s excuses/paranoia/plot…
The BO here had to fire a lying, manipulative barn manager up at the barn up the hill - who we also discovered had starved horses in her care in the past. She was escorted off the property by sheriff’s deputies - yelling she would ruin the farm and all of our careers. We had her poor palomino QH mare here (mare deserved a better owner) for another month before her owner could arrange for someone in a rapidly diminishing circle of “friends” to come pick her up.
Oddly enough, we never considered using that mare as a hostage or a tool or harming her or not feeding her correctly or anything else… she was a bit reluctant to load when she left. It broke my heart when she looked back - it was almost as if she knew that her future was uncertain….
Yes, there was that…but an insult is not something to be “afraid of”. They were posting that they were “afraid” and then dropped all this stuff anyway. A truly afraid poster would have never posted at all, or stayed anonymous. Also, LK dropped suggestions of this poster testifying from the absolute beginning of all of this, before they ever popped their head up on the forum and they obviously freaked out as soon as the plea deal was declined.
That question gets you a 50-50 split down the middle answer. On paper, you can say “Yeah, it wouldn’t be.” In reality, she does as she pleases and there would be no consequences for her to ignore a ban, unless trespassing charges would be in the mix and that requires going farther than event organizers are likely willing to go. IMO, RG is the more dangerous of the two and I wouldn’t put it past LK to send him on a mission of malicious action against MB, MHG, and anyone else who she has a bug up her butt about. He could easily infiltrate showgrounds, passing for “The Help”, and carry out whatever sinister orders she issues.
that pesky plea deal decline threw a wrench in the plans of several it seems! How thankful so many are that Bilinkas trusted his instincts and discovery and that Michael trusted him!
I don’t know who you think has said MB is worth millions. It hasn’t been me. I believe he had cash flow problems regardless if he had money in retirement accounts or not.
I thought the dog ran out with RG either when he came out to see MB or when he dove back in the door and out again. I don’t remember anyone testifying to that though.
Uh-huh. Sure it would. Jammed gun, man beat unconscious at least twice, but I’m sure you are correct…the cops believed everything out of RG’s mouth to the point they did minimal investigation. Hmmmm, was that actually the plan after all? Didn’t LK testify she had the wherewithall to yell to RG, “don’t kill him”?
Maybe but strange with all her twirling and itching neither she or RG testified to that.
The only way one of them could have released The Kraken was if they attacked MB FIRST.
In their current version LK was busy hitting MB and then collapsing and RG had leaped in a single bound Superman style outpacing a bullet.
There was neither time nor mention of letting the dog out.
Therefore it seems the version as portrayed by LK and RG is false either by omission or lie.
What does seem more likely is parties sitting by the table while one opens the door and then a 3 on one attack took place with the gun discharging during the struggle.
There are books about all the stuff that happens to horses-both fiction and non-fiction. There are magazine articles written about horse abuse. There are true crime books including murder and horse killing. There are even threads on CoTH about it.
