For 2 1/2 years I have been victimized by this woman and other posters for my theory from the very beginning that MB was attacked when he arrived and he fought for his life. I expect several apologies.

Amen. I even call my husband when I have something not so kind to say about anyone we know. I also have an irrational fear that I’ll text the person I’m talking about instead. And I’m a non-confrontational nobody with 0 fears of anyone ever looking at my texts.

If MB shot her, and she went back in the house to call RG, what was MB doing at that time? Just standing there, letting her wander off?

I’ve always fully believed that he shot her, but now I have reasonable doubt.
I rewound and listened and I’ll be honest, I felt that Blinkas read the exact same thing, both times.

I have questioned that all along.
It seems to me, possible, plausible, that they attacked him, the gun went off in a scuffle, and he doesn’t remember so their story is what sticks.

I think the judge was saying Bilinkas was lying about what she said as testimony. Could be wrong
Judge blasting him that no evidence supports this certain question. Not sure what the question is.

Judge is saying MB doesn’t recollect things, as per expert testimony.
Judge says dog is outside after the shooting, not in the house. Thats a fact. He needs factual basis to argue these things.
Bilinkas says she has a reason to lie. Judge said there is NO evidence on the record to suggest someone else shot her.

Now the defense lawyer is getting to lay a lot of information before the jury during the discussion over the allowable questions.
