She had access to his office and very easily could have set up a camera & audio to capture and record more than his private conversations.

Was her hand shot/injured in one of those shots to her chest?
Which hand?
If her hand was injured, how was she able to hold and try to use the phone(s)?

Yes, I do. LK claimed on SM she was recording the office, since maybe April. She taunted RC over it. She brought up the idea it was missing, and RC was negligent for allowing it to endanger 12 year olds. RC testified that MHG said CPS wanted to talk to her. CPS testified they were there for allegations of neglect. More to the point on COTH, LK hinted that RC was purposefully trying to get into her apartment the day before the shooting. MB chose that one post to read off to 911 while RC was standing next to him, and LK testified under the prosecution she owns one gun, and it wasn’t one that fit in her pocket.
Jh testified that he occasionally had access to the safe. Do I believe it is reasonable that she, after listening since April, heard the combo of that safe….absolutely.

So is there no actual evidence she had cameras in the barn/office since April? If there was wouldn’t defense have brought it up? (other than her “lying texts” to her friend?)

I am very curious why Bilinkas chose this defense instead of attacking the evidence or lack of stating they didnt prove their case?
