Just going to leave these here. A very small sampling of comments from random Law&Crime Channel Trial watchers. These are comments posted on Day 3 after watching LK on the stand. I’m going to go out on a limb and guess these people came to their conclusions all on their own by watching her in action.
“Had Ms. Kanarek left when she was asked to leave the property, this entire event would have very likely been avoided. Very unfortunate decision.”
“ She stayed likely because she wanted to ruin him in the sport’s eyes. She said so herself she had it in for him and the gf. She played with fire and got burned. She survived thank goodness but has she learned her lesson is the big question. Don’t push people to their breaking points as this is what could happen or someone could kill you for your actions. She seems proud of her actions too :(.”
“ Barisone was attacked and beaten by Godwin and Kanarek, severely, and seemingly used his pistol to defend himself as the absolute last resort.
There was no reason for him to take the beating first and then produce his firearm if he intended to kill either Godwin or Kanarek ahead of time, he could have just opened fire before they had a chance to do anything pre-beating.
Kanarek and Godwin clearly went out of their way to interfere with and harass Barisone, both on social media and in their everyday lives. They made a concerted effort, together, to drive Barisone crazy and push him over the edge.
Barisone seems like a broken man, that body language isn’t an act. That is genuine trauma manifesting itself openly in an almost involuntary manner. ”
“ There should be some kind of jail time just for her being so Thoroughly annoying.
What a cringeworthy person.”
“ Not guilty. She could have left anytime…she didnt, she continued to taunt…I dont even think he needs to be insane…I think a normal person can only take so much on their property, their home, their livlihood…”
