Just to simplify the pronouns, IM did accidentally admit to being male one time. And then tried to deny it until I quoted the post for him. So that particular cat was out of the bag by that point.

That fact that IM indicated that he’s basically done with (to paraphrase) MB bc he doesn’t have enough money left to satisfy IM and that’s he’s going after the deep pockets of the ins Co of SGF was really interesting. IANAL but seems to me that that statement alone would lend itself as proof of frivolous litigation and therfore render his case invalid and possibly open up a huge bag door to lots of people to walk thru.
I think IM really showed his true colors with that statement, hence why it was deleted so quickly.
Luckily for whomever needs it, that post, I’m sure, has been captured forever. Thanks to LK , we are all experts in capturing.
I think it had been quoted for posterity at least six times before I even saw it. Lol.
I don’t know if IM will turn up here again, but if he does, I think he has about as much credibility as LK, considering how things turned out.
In hindsight, their tactics were really very much alike. Inside information, it would all be revealed at the most strategically advantageous time (bombshell!!!), there was still something up their sleeves that nobody else knew, etc., etc.
But in fact, when the evidence actually came out during the trial, it was remarkably similar to the theories we had come up with here on the BB over the years. Remarkably similar!!
So I think IM and LK had almost the same playbook, but one of them had quite a bit more self-control as they were working the playbook.
I hope he continues to come back. Day after day after day. Not only does it show his true colors but it can (probably IANAL) be used against him
Anything is possible. But I would think it would be progressively less fun to come back when most posters are just going to do their own variation of: Sure, Jan.
Insurance Company getting sued doesn’t really impact MB at all. They have their own attorneys and with the Covid backlog it will be years until it gets to court.
The only thing I was scheduling before I retired were motions. Notices of trial are backed up about 15 to 18 months. And that’s just for the 1st appearance.

Call me what you will but I still want to see him expend all the time and money (in court) just to have that simple statement tossed back at him with a "dismissed "
