Hello!
Looking to put a barn (most likely large run-in + combined storage shed) and fencing on about 3-4 acres of land. Wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations of either barn builders or fence installers in the Western PA/Ohio area. Not sure whether we will hire someone to install the fence or do it ourselves, so open to hearing about both. For the run-in, we are leaning towards a 12x28 building (12x20 for the run-in with a 8x12 storage/feed area). Would like this either delivered as-is or built on site (not trying to tackle that project

Also - for fencing, has anyone used this type of horse rail that almost works by ratcheting/tightening? http://www.kencove.com/fence/44_Building+Rail+Fence_resource.php
If so, what is your experience with it sagging over time? Do you have to re-tighten often? Trying to balance cost and aesthetic and liked the look of this and it also seemed cheaper than split rail or all pvc fencing.
