I think I’m just cranky and witchy today because I’m sick, but I wish the Zulily affiliates would be upfront about the fact that they make money off these links when they post them.

I just thought it was a cute item. No $$$ is provided - if someone purchases from a referral link they will get store credit, but that’s pretty rare that someone clicks the referral link and makes a purchase. Sorry for any angst. You can always go to zulily.com, create an account, and see the event without a direct link.
