We’ve been looking for someone experienced to do some work on our multi-level post and beam barn in western MA. So far, we’ve had a few folks come out but either we don’t hear back, or they seem to want to shortcut aspects of the project. The barn is about 100 years old and has some significant repairs needed (like sill and floor replacement) but we’d love to find a way to do this while maintaining the character of the barn.
We have tried the Facebook groups and a google search without a whole lot of luck, so appealing to COTH. We’re right outside of Springfield, MA, so anywhere in western MA or the CT area would likely work.
