Barns in the Bryan/College Station, Texas area?

I know there have been numerous threads asking the same question but they are rather outdated. I plan to transfer to Texas A&M in the fall, and I’m looking for a nice place to bring my OTTB.

He needs paddock turnout (no pasture, he gets anxiety) and somewhere I can trust he will be taken care of when I’m not there.

I also need trainer suggestions if the barn doesn’t have one on site. We do hunters and jumpers. He’s only been off the track for 3 years and we haven’t jumped much past 2’3 or 2’6 but plan to progress soon.

I lived there in 2011 and at that time, I would have recommended Leaning Oaks first and Horse Haven second. Both had nice facilities and good care.
