Finally got a call back. Apparently they are out of stock of some of the bridle pieces, and also out of the leather so they canāt make any more. He said they are hoping to be able to ship by the end of August. So FYI for anyone planning to place an order!
Yeah for getting a call back and interesting about the leather shortage. Iām going to take extra good care of my tack!!!
Very unusual. I have never had my check cashed until they were ready to ship.
I am having this same trouble with them right now. Ordered a belt and a sandwich case in July, they cashed the checkā¦out of stock and hoping to ship āby the end of Augustā. I know itās out of their control, but itās still irritating to order something in time for someoneās birthday and have it be a MONTH lateā¦
